We use gentle pressure techniques to soothe your body and mind, benefitting not only the mother but baby too. 

You will be positioned in a comfortable side-lying position or semi-sitting position, ensuring your comfort throughout the massage. A pregnancy pillow will be used to provide optimal support and relaxation.

Pregnancy massage is available from week 14 onwards. Please inform us of your pregnancy stage and any medical information that may be relevant to your massage therapy, including allergies.
